This RGB message fan has three color leds: 7 Red leds, 7 green leds, 7 blue leds, total

21 leds.  The message can be English, Russian, German of kinds of language.

*** 1- 6 messages can be pre-programmed. The message can be consisted of letters, 

     numbers or symbols. Each message can has 16 characters.

*** The case color can be solid color, transparent or glow in dark etc.
